Live operational analytics
Users interact with the EchoMinds application, which is securely integrated with NHS backend systems using REST APIs. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Session information is processed through Azure AI and LMS services, including escalation signals and, where appropriate, emergency service workflows. This may include contextual details such as user statements, location, and other operational indicators.

This is a proof-of-concept environment. We are working with NHS and emergency service stakeholders to align with existing systems, escalation pathways, and safeguarding processes.

The dashboards you see are generated from real application usage signals. Insights are produced using AI services and fed back into the XHAL platform and, where integrated, relevant NHS systems.

This approach reflects the type of outcomes experienced presales and solution architects can achieve through structured workshops, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with modern AI and cloud technologies.
